ILEA Detroit Program | Cash Flow, Money, & Metrics: Maintaining Your Personal Household and Business Finances, COVID-19 Edition

Will you run out of money in two weeks?

Whether you are a business owner struggling through cancelled events or a furloughed sales manager nail biting through a UIA claim, you need to know how your money will cover your expenses. The Rent. The Mortgage. The Phone Bill. Car Insurance. Payroll. We know this is important: it’s common sense, right? However, many of us struggle to balance our check books monthly (Wait….we’re supposed to do that monthly?).

It’s all about cash flow: money in, money out. How are you planning to cover this year in order to be around for events next year?

Matt Radicelli will show us how to measure everything that’s important to your household and business to come out of the COVID-19 quarantine financially healthy.

Join ILEA Detroit and Matt Radicelli on Wednesday, May 27th at 1pm.  Following the program we will have Q&A and breakout room discussions! You cannot afford not to attend.

Matt is the Founder/CEO of Rock The House Entertainment Group, Inc. (RTH), a Cleveland, Ohio based production and entertainment company since 1999. The RTH family of companies has more than 125 employees and produces / performs at over 1,800 events per year including corporate events & meetings, non-profit galas, weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, and more.

Matt Radicelli started DJing at age seven and regards his parents’ divorce when he was twelve as his “entrepreneurial catalyst.” As a teenager, he started his disc jockey business organizing high school dances and teen parties – a bold move that allowed him to invest heavily in other ventures. A ‘straight A’ student at the time, Radicelli decided not to go to college and started another business designing and installing audio-visual systems for nightclubs and restaurants. In 1999, Matt was asked to perform at his first Bat Mitzvah and the rest as they say, “is history.”
